A formal student complaint should be filed with the appropriate administrative office, based on the type of issue. 

Note: If a student sends a formal complaint to an office but another office can more appropriately and expeditiously address the complaint, the receiving office may forward the complaint and inform the student to whom the complaint was forwarded.
